We’ve learned from experience that the payroll function is always the most challenging area of QuickBooks! You probably know QuickBooks can automate your payroll check writing and tax calculations while printing actual forms straight to your printer. However, proper setup, along with correct mapping of items to accounts, is a must.
In this class, you will learn how to…
- Set up your company’s payroll and map accounts in QuickBooks.
- Ensure correct withholding and change payroll tax rates annually.
- Enter historical payroll data into QuickBooks for mid-year setups.
- Print paychecks using preprinted or blank check stock.
- Track and pay your payroll liabilities on time.
- Use and modify payroll reports and learn which reports are most beneficial.
